A public hearing will be held remotely via Zoom on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, beginning at 1:30 p.m. and ending no later than 3:00 p.m. EST.
For decades, the Commission has applied a consumptive use coefficient of ten percent (10%) to water withdrawn from the Basin by most water supply systems serving the public.
