Short answers to common questions.

What do FACT, SUPPORTED and HYPOTHESIS mean?

Every statement shows how well it is supported. FACT: a source states it, and the evidence is shown with a link. SUPPORTED: an inference that rests on cited evidence but is not stated outright. HYPOTHESIS: a possibility worth watching that is not established. The class comes from the evidence, never from a model's confidence. More in /legal/disclaimer.

Where does the data come from?

From public sources: official notices from regulators and governments, company announcements and filings, statistics releases and news. Every change links to its sources, and quotations are shown only where we may publish them. The open data and software we use are listed at /credits.

What do the plans include?

Free follows up to 5 items with 7 days of history; Pro follows up to 50 with 90 days, adds immediate alerts for important changes, email briefs and private research; Intelligence follows up to 500 with the full history, every alert and export. The structure map opens 1 layer on Free, 4 on Pro and 12 on Intelligence. Ask AiSeek answers 30 questions a day on Pro and 100 on Intelligence, with your own model key. The full comparison is on /pricing.

How do I cancel a subscription?

On your account page choose "Manage billing" to open the Polar customer portal, and cancel there. You keep the paid plan until the end of the period you paid for; payments are not refunded except where the law requires. Details in /legal/subscription.

How do I download my data or delete my account?

On your account page, under "Your data". The download is a JSON file with everything held about your account. Deleting the account removes it and your private data at once, and ends a subscription immediately.

Why does a company have no financial data?

Financial figures come from official filings, today from the US SEC and Korea's DART. A company that does not file there, or whose filings are not processed yet, shows its relations and changes without figures. Free shows a preview; paid plans show more periods.

How do I report a mistake?

Use "Report a problem" on the signal, evidence item or relation. A person reviews every report; a report never changes a statement by itself. To ask for removal of copyrighted material, use /legal/takedown.
