Subscription Terms
Effective 2026-10-08
These Subscription Terms apply when you buy a paid plan. They add to the Terms of Service; where they differ on billing, these terms apply.
1. Plans
| Plan | What it includes |
|---|---|
| Free | Everything public on AiSeek, following a few items, recent change history, the daily digest of alerts a day late, the calendar from yesterday to tomorrow, each day's brief from the next day, SeekMap over the last 7 days, and the read-only API at the lowest limits (a new account can make its first key a day after it signs up) |
| Pro | More follows, 90 days of history, immediate alerts for significant changes up to a daily number, today's brief on the web, the full calendar, private research, Ask AiSeek with your own model key, deeper structure maps, saved filters, more financial data, SeekMap over 30 days with alerts on countries, and the read-only API at higher limits |
| Intelligence | Everything in Pro with high limits, the full history, every alert at once, briefs by email, the calendar subscription, the read-only API and MCP at high limits, the deepest structure maps, full financial and valuation data, Ask AiSeek with deep answers, SeekMap over 90 days with the SeekMap assistant (on our models, a daily number of questions), and export of your research and Ask AiSeek threads |
| Developer | Everything in Intelligence with the highest limits: the read-only API and MCP at the highest limits, twice the follows, saved filters and daily Ask AiSeek and SeekMap assistant questions, SeekMap over 180 days, and more API keys |
The exact limits of each plan are shown on /pricing; they are the limits the Service enforces. We may improve a plan at any time; if we reduce what a paid plan includes, section 6 applies.
Ask AiSeek runs on a model key you supply. What your model provider charges for those requests is billed by that provider under its own terms; it is not part of your AiSeek subscription.
2. Prices, taxes and who sells
Prices are shown on /pricing and at checkout, in the currency shown there. Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record: Polar sells the subscription to you, charges your payment method, calculates and collects any VAT, GST or sales tax for your country and issues receipts and invoices. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
3. Automatic renewal
A subscription runs for the billing period you choose (monthly, every three months or yearly, as offered at checkout) and renews automatically at the end of each period at the price then in effect, until you cancel. Polar charges the payment method on file on the renewal date and sends a receipt. A struck-through price on /pricing is the plan's list price for that period; the price you pay is the one shown next to it and at checkout.
Pro pass and invites. A new account can claim a free Pro pass of 7 days (14 days if a friend invited it) without a payment method; it ends by itself and the account returns to the free plan, with nothing charged. One pass per person: a second account on the same email address (counting Gmail's dots and "+" labels as the same address) cannot claim another. When someone signs up through your invite link, verifies their email, follows at least one thing and uses the Service again on a later day, you get 7 days of Pro, up to 12 times in any 365 days; invites between accounts of the same person, or from the same device, do not count. Days of Pro from passes and invites have no cash value, cannot be transferred, are added to a pass or reward still running, and may be withdrawn if they were obtained by abuse. A paid plan, if you have one, continues alongside them.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in the customer portal (account page, "Manage billing"). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the paid plan until the end of the current period, and then your account returns to Free. Your follows and data stay, within the Free limits.
Deleting your account ends the subscription at once.
5. Refunds
Payments already made are not refunded, pro-rated or otherwise, including when you cancel or delete your account during a period, except where the law requires a refund.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a right to withdraw within 14 days of subscribing. Because the Service starts immediately, by subscribing you ask us to begin at once; if you withdraw within the 14 days, you receive a refund reduced in proportion to the time already used, as the law provides. To withdraw, write to [email protected] or use the customer portal; refunds are made through Polar.
6. Changes to plans and prices
To change plans, use the customer portal where it offers the change, or write to [email protected]. Any amount charged or credited is shown before you confirm.
We may change prices or what a plan includes. We tell you by email at least 30 days before a price increase or a reduction of a paid plan applies to you; it applies from your next renewal. If you do not agree, cancel before that renewal.
7. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Polar may retry it. If it cannot be collected, the subscription ends and your account returns to Free.
8. Contact
Questions about billing: [email protected]. Polar's own terms apply to the payment itself.
