Tokyo Gas Acquires Indonesian LNG Infrastructure Developer

Tokyo Gas has acquired PT AGP Indonesia Utama, a developer of small-scale LNG distribution infrastructure, to establish a new shipping network for domestic LNG in Indonesia.

Why it matters. This move will reduce generation costs, cut emissions, and lessen reliance on imported petroleum products in Indonesia’s vast archipelago.
