BAE Systems equips F-35 jets with advanced electronic warfare system

BAE Systems will equip more F-35 fighter jets with its AN/ASQ-239 electronic warfare system, enhancing their ability to detect and respond to threats across the electromagnetic spectrum.

Why it matters. F-35 pilots gain a 360-degree view of the electromagnetic battlefield, improving their situational awareness and ability to respond to threats.
