US to build new missile-tracking ship under Vessel Construction Management model

TOTE Services and Hanwha Philly Shipyard have finalized an agreement to build a new Missile Range Instrumentation Vessel (MRIV) for the US, replacing aging ships and modernizing missile-tracking capabilities.
