NASA’s Webb Reveals Stellar Jets in Nebula NGC 7129

NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope has captured detailed images of a stellar nursery, revealing stars and protostars in different stages of development, including the central star LkH(alpha) 234 and the impact of stellar outflows on the surrounding gas.

Why it matters. Astronomers gain insights into the life cycle of stars and the formation of new stars in the nebula NGC 7129, enhancing our understanding of stellar evolution and cosmic creation.
