Equinor and Shell Partner on Bay du Nord Oil Project

Equinor and Shell agreed to a 30% stake acquisition, with Shell joining Equinor’s Bay du Nord project, a C$14 billion development off Newfoundland and Labrador, to move towards a final investment decision in early 2027.
