Russia requests the handover of ICC prosecutor Fatou Bensouda to the Netherlands and others.

The Russian Prosecutor General's Office requested the Netherlands government, among others, to surrender the bodies of nine individuals, including Chief Prosecutor Masako Kikuchi of the ICC.
