SeekTower Prize Rules
Effective 2026-10-14
These rules cover SeekTower's challenges and monthly prizes (SeekTower is the pixel management game on AiSeek). The game is free; you need to sign in to play.
Three ways to play
- Free Play: start any time, as often as you like; not part of the prizes.
- Timed Challenge: one every 4 hours (starting at 00, 04, 08, 12, 16 and 20 UTC), the same opening for everyone. You must start and finish inside those 4 hours; a run still going when the window closes does not count. A run cannot be started in the last 15 minutes.
- Weekly Challenge: one a week (Monday to Sunday, UTC), the hardest; play it any time that week.
How a run goes
- Each year has a map of steps (shops, chests, rival bureaus, unknown events, rests) and ends with a December boss duel. Relics and curses can change a run.
- A run ends early if you go bankrupt, lose a December boss duel, or your trust falls to zero.
Attempts
- Timed Challenge: free accounts 2 a day in total, members 6 a day (by the UTC date). Signed in, each different news page you read on the site that day adds one more, up to 3 a day.
- Weekly Challenge: Free 4, Pro 7, Intelligence 14, Developer 21 a week, plus one for every day of that week on which you read the site's news.
- Starting a run uses an attempt; abandoning it does too.
Boards
- Each Timed Challenge has its own board; first place gets a title and a cosmetic, not a plan.
- You win by getting through all three December boss duels, the last against Global Media Group; winners rank above everyone else, then by influence.
- Challenge boards come in two kinds: the pure board, with no meta progression (presidents, ascension steps), and the unrestricted board, where it counts. Free Play and the unrestricted board use it; the pure board does not.
- A score must pass the server's check: the server replays your actions with the same game code, and only matching results appear on a board.
Monthly prizes
- The month board is the sum of your best result in each Weekly Challenge of the month on the pure board, so it is fair for everyone (a week counts for the month its Sunday falls in).
- The month is settled once, on the 1st of the next month. The top 10 win: first place a month of Developer, second to fourth a month of Intelligence, fifth to tenth a month of Pro; a month is 30 days.
- To be eligible at settlement your account must be at least 30 days old, with a verified email address, not suspended, not hidden from the boards, and without a prize in the last 3 months.
- Members get the time added to their plan; prizes cannot be paid out in cash or passed on.
- Settlement only produces candidates; the owner confirms each winner by hand before anything is granted, and winners are told in their AiSeek inbox. We do not announce winners publicly.
Fair play
- Changing the game's code, faking actions or scores, exploiting bugs or entering with several accounts loses the run and the right to prizes; prizes already granted can be taken back.
- Challenge openings and numbers are generated by our software, and a program plays each one first to confirm it can be won.
- The owner may change an unsuitable bureau or boss name.
- If these rules change, this page says when; a change never affects months already settled.
Privacy
What the game keeps about you, and for how long, is in the privacy policy (/legal/privacy).
