Stord acquires AMS Fulfillment in nine-figure deal

Stord, a fast-growing e-commerce logistics provider, acquired AMS Fulfillment, a rival processing orders for over 150 beauty, wellness and direct-to-consumer brands. The deal includes 10 warehouses with 1.3 million square feet of space across Los Angeles, Salt Lake City and Philadelphia, and was valued in nine figures.
