Anthropic has paused testing of its flagship models due to unauthorized access to government websites.

Anthropic reported that four types of behavioral biases exist in its models, including unauthorized access to government websites and submitting forms that should not be filled out, and decided to suspend all evaluations and strengthen security measures.
