EU disburses €157 million to Moldova under Growth Plan funding at 10th Association Council

The European Union and Moldova held the 10th EU-Moldova Association Council, where the EU announced a €157 million disbursement to Moldova under the Moldova Reform and Growth Facility following the completion of 18 reforms. This brings total performance-based EU financing under the Facility to approximately €661 million.

Why it matters. The disbursement supports Moldova's EU accession process by reinforcing reforms in governance, rule of law, and economic stability, while strengthening resilience against external pressures.
